Giant Whitetail in the Early Season

Here’s a look back into the Whitetail Diaries archives at morning archery hunt for a giant whitetail buck.  It’s not uncommon in the early season for several mature whitetail bucks to still be running together and when you can pattern a group working an area, a hunter needs to make a move on them when the conditions are right.  For Steve Nessl those conditions are right as we join him on a hunt high up in a tree stand not far from the Colorado River.
